I have heard through the grapevine that Meg Braff Designs, LLC is hiring!
Meg is looking for a full-time, talented and design savvy person to assist in everything Meg Braff!
The position is Monday thru Friday, 9-5pm in Locust Valley, NY.
Work would be in all aspects of the Meg Braff Antiques shop, the Interiors firm, and the Meg Braff Designs wallpaper collection. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with Antiques shop sales, online sales and web management (including social media), merchandising, receiving, ticketing, inventory management, and purchases; PR requests, outreach, and mailers for all arms of Meg Braff; Interiors projects sourcing, pricing, order placement, tracking, and photoshoots; and work on new ventures such as an upcoming furniture line, book launch, and other exciting new ideas for 2013. Preferably, applicant should live in Long Island.
The job truly is a wonderful opportunity to learn all facets of the design business. Salary commiserate with experience. This person should love interior design, be a self-starter, organized, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond the above criteria.
