Interior Design Firm Tilton Fenwick

The July/August edition of Traditional Home really got me jonesing about the 2012 Hamptons Design Showhouse as this issue featured the 2011 Showhouse. Last year, Anne Maxwell Foster and Suysel dePedro Cunningham and their interior design firm of Tilton Fenwick made quite the splash.  The stunning room they  designed in 2011 was the rec room -- a vintage inspired "bachelor chic" layered with texture and patterns and an amazing color scheme. Some of my favorite features in the room are the back to back armless green sofas, tortoise finish chairs and that fabulous rivet wall covering.  There was so much to appreciate in the transformed space that I'll let the pictures do the talking.

By the way, 2011 Hampton's Design Showhouse was the first for this talented NYC duo and they were in good company with the likes of Tobi Farley, Katie Ridder, Meg Braff and Eileen Katherine Boyd.

Thanks to the Nest by Tamera as well as the Tilton Fenwick website for the photos that follow.

I love a good before and after, here is the space before:

Here is the perspective drawing sketch of the space:

And here is the room after:

Here is the Rivets wall paper they used which I spotted on their fabulous blog.

A few more photos of their work:

About the designers:  Tilton Fenwick was founded in 2010 and, in a quirky twist,  is named named after each designers' freshman hall residence. Ms. Maxwell graduated from Boston College and attended graduate architecture classes at Pratt before working with Ashley Whittaker Design and Brockschmidt & Coleman.   Ms. dePedro Cunningham was born in Porto Rico, studied at Tufts and worked for Markham Roberts for several years before striking out to found NYC based Tilton Fenwick with her BFF Anne.
